That is possible in any server, the leading guilds mainly take the high and good spawns, to get a kina to 150 isn't anything hard! Good luck!

Yeah, but I'm kinda looking for a bit of protection from the douche bags who would kill me because I'm higher than them on the highscore list for skills.

Solera. The low level stages are iffy but I got away with 60-147 there, only killed once while botting.
