How to manage training on 2 knights ?

I've trained a lot. I've got few high skilled characters but I have never used this method. Tell me then what should I bring to the training spot. I have 2 knights around lvl 40 with skills 60/60, both with sword.

1. What weapons should I take ?
2. What eq ?
3. Which spot would be best for free accounts ?
4. Any other advices ?

I'd like to spend on training like 2-3 weeks
