Yes of course its possible, I displayed this yesterday when I was botting [RP] Yalahar Grim Reapers, killing Diablo on Diablo 3 Hell difficulty and was murdering people in Battlefield 3 all at the same time. ;P

Run it at windowed mode, that's what I'm doing with all games and Tibia doesn't crash that way.
