Haste Spells

What do you guys prefer? Strong haste or normal haste?
Since the new formula was introduced, my strong haste on my 230+ ED seems weak and slow lol i also can't tell the difference if my normal haste is faster than my strong haste(Which totally defeats the purpose of strong haste if this was the case..) What you guys think? Has anyone done extensive research on whats better to use at level 230 + on ed or ms lol

haste spells work with percentages, so the formula for speed that you are talking about has nothing to do with it

i see , okay thanks. I think ill just stick to ordinary haste.. lasts longer and less mana lmao
