When I try to change my profile picture on my account it keeps saying invalid format....Do I need to do anything specific? I copy + paste the URL like it says but it doesn't work...and when I download it and then use the other way it still doesn't work...can someone help...AND THE SIZE IS 100 X 100 LIKE IT SAYS THE MAX IS....I have even tryed Icon sizes 50 X 50
