2 handed weapon or weapon+shield

ok i got a question on which is better for moneymakers . i got 2 knights one has 65/52 with 2 handed weapon and the other is 61/54 with 2 handed weapon both are 40-60 level. so should i just keep hunting them with 2 handed or switch to weapon and shield or just train on slime to get shielding up on them up to help the eq block more .
how would you do it ? whats your advice to me on it? the monsters ill be hunting will be for about a 70+ knight and at time i can have up to 6 around me .

If you're sword already I'd advice you to keep 2 handed, Avenger is very balanced, I use it on my knights, proves efective.

And just as a side note, regardless of what it is that sorrounds you, anything 4+ you should have an exori script ready, 1 or 2 handed makes no real difference lol.

leave them train offline while u get another ek botted up to lvl 40 then keep him offline untill then those 2 will have at least 72-3 or so.. then u will have really nice moneymaking account :D

yeah i have an exori script i run . i just dont know all the benefits of 2 handed vs sword+shield if one is better then the other ect.

I'll give you a quick explanation; when you use 2 handed swords, the def of your weapon is turned into what would be your shield, which avenger goes above average, although obviously you'll recieve more damage when blocking many creatures at once BUT (here's the tricky part) when using 2 handed swords ur SWORD skill also works as shielding, for example, a char with 70/60 with 1 handed and MMS has 36 def and 60 shielding but that same char with avenger has 38 Def and 70 shielding which balances out.

So to sum up, if you're goin to skill offline regularly, your shielding will go to hell anyway so I wouldnt worry about it, as long as you're sword it balances out.
