hey guys, whats a good botting schedule to have to get the most out of your stamina and to gain the best levels? 8 hours on 8 hours off? what do you guys do?

my set up is 3 knights and ill have a rotation on what one i do first and ill bot it from ss to ss then go to the 2nd knight bot ss to ss then bot the 3rd ss to ss and when thats done the first one is ready to bot again and has full stamina
