Is it better to use Offline Training or a Monk? Does each differ on the amount of % you gain in your skills using one or the other?

do both, offline train when you're not training on monk.

offline training is like 50% slower then training normally.

like everyone else said, train your 12 hour offline and if you can 24hrs on monk, then rest 12 hours offline train and repeat(cause of stamina)

+ You only get the shielding of blocking 1 monster.

And I'd be skilling on black sheeps if I were you.

You do not waste any stamina by training.
But being online 24/7 does raise suspicion, so if you do not want to end up with insomnia records you should use some offline training too.
It's 50% slower then normal training, and only 25% as efficient on shielding as normal training (I hope I did the maths correct - only counts as 1 attacker (Normally you use two monsters) and is 50% slower lsince it's offline).

there isnt a spawn for mad sheep, but you can "summon" one every 12 hours by using a spellwand on yourself until it breaks. check wikia for more info on mad sheeps. either lookup spellwand or mad sheep!

Yep i would mad sheep train for about 6-8 hours and then use your 12 hour offline training (: you could always train more than 6-8 hours but like somebody else said you'll have high online time records and stuff :P but my noob ek is on almost 20 hours a day skilling and nothing has happend to him.

There isn't a spawn for them. You get to summon them with a Spellwand.
The method is, that the character is level 10 and you use a weapon that has a lvl 75 restriction (as far as I know, it can't be higher or lower). The mad sheep doesn't have to blood hit you and you only hit 1 hp max so you will never kill it as it heals fast enough.

EDIT: Too bad I didn't found out of this method myself alot earlier, cause my knight could use some training and this is the laziest so far :p

You summon them yourself with spellwands.
