Mad Sheep training?

I've noticed in a few projects people skill with high-level weapons on Mad Sheep and it works good, I tried it.
But almost everyone says "you have to be level 10" - why? I did it on a 21ek and it worked fine.

What's the difference of a 10 and 21 when skilling on a Mad Sheep? Please explain this to me :)

When you are level 10 and equip a weapon that has level requirements over 75, then you will only hit the sheep for 1 damage, which will make them impossible to kill.

At lvl 21 I did 3 in attack. They heal 2-5 hp so they are also impossible to kill then.
I stood afk for about 10h and it didn't die.
