If you are convinced that the entry in your criminal record is unjustified and you did not violate a Tibia Rule, you can write to customer support at supporttibia.com and complain. However, please do not complain without any reason. Moreover, please note that we can only consider complaints that are made during a period of 60 days after you have acknowledged the corresponding entry in your criminal record.

Please make sure to follow the Tibia Rules at all times. If you violate the rules again, your account will be punished more harshly and eventually even deleted!

It depends on what you said, I know you said more than "new owner", since this has nothing to do with supporting rule violations.
CipSoft has a 5 minute record of the conversation, before and after the reported message ("new owner").

You probably have said something like:
12:00 You: go get a
12:00 You: new owner
This would violate the "supporting rule violation" rule.

So, until we know what exactly you said, you won't win any complaints.

If I were you, if you're polite enough, I'd ask CipSoft by email for the full recorded conversation

S-hello
I-hello
S-I have not seen you long time (I thought he's friend old owner)
I-I'm new owner and later I don't remember you

but maybe is something what I can said, something like, I didn't want talk with noob who spaming me every 1 second on chat and I sayed I'm new owner to give me peace of mind.

I hope I have learned you a lesson. You got away nicely with just a 7-day ban if you ask me.
I don't know who you are now, but I know the old owner wasn't very nice and was my enemy.
That's why I reported you.

This is not intended to start a flame war, but I am actually the person that reported you.
Please be more carefull with saying things in game as everyone could report you just for the fun of it.
I actually laughed when you said that cause it was really that easy.
