Haven't used Xenobot in quite a few iterations, and I'm still on W7 so I'm not the ideal candidate to offer help, but:

Have you tried running both as admin?
When you click on the dropdown arrow, is there a client to select?
Do you have non-English characters in your file paths?
Is it the newest version of both Xenobot and Tibia?


Just some food for thought.
