Does anyone have any experience on making a fake id? I'm really wanting to make mine so I can go to the bars at college

Had two if I'm right. However not using anymore since I'm of age now. But what you want to know? :) I'd say google fixes the most, but the best thing u can do is actually to borrow someone's ID that's real :p

Well I have no one that even looks like me thats of age. I was wondering if someone graphically inclined would be interested in helping me out haha.

One thing I noticed when I was 15 is that when I tried to buy cigarettes I used my drivers license, and none of the shop keepers / bar tenders knew where the date of birth was, so they just looked at it blankly for a few seconds then gave me my shit.

In England you don't get any type of ID until you're atleast 17.
Drivers License can only be obtained at 17 years of age and provisional at 16.
Birth Certificate is the only form of ID you have in the UK under the age of 16.

Actually you can apply for a drivers license at age 15, but it isn't validated until you turn 16, at which point you're only allowed to ride a 50cc ped, that's how it was 5 years ago anyway, the licensing system has changed a lot since.

Also, a birth certificate isn't a valid form of ID in any shop due to it lacking photographic ID. You can also obtain a 16+ card, but I can't remember the site for it...

You are correct but I was talking ID in general and I think it's called citizen card, but you can't use that at clubs etc either
