Ignore empty monsters

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet or not, I looked through the top few threads and didn't see it... I don't think it'd be hard to put in, but I think the looter should automatically ignore bodies of dead monsters that show up with no loot. :)

It will come later if at all. It's very tricky to know what messages are for what monsters :P
