New skull system? Wtf

Hey. So a guy enters my cave and starts AFK botting, Well fuck off, I go kill him =)

Strange thing is, 8minutes later, skull is gone.

8minutes?! What is this random number. Isnt it, as it always has been, 15 minutes penalty?

My guess is, the last hit was by monster so you don't get 15min pz. Not sure how long it takes for the skull to go away.
