Hello everydody,

I got a friend that he have a Black Warning and it says that it will be reduced in 35 days.

And I ask u guys, he will be able to transfer his chars? or he must wait more time? Thank you

he can transfer in 35 days yes =) if he has no house etc.

don't you need green to transfer?
it would take at least 200 days to get down to green afaik.

black > red > orange > then yellow > green
