Master lua file

Is there such a thing.? like a lua that has every command and lable name so everyone could just make waypoints to fit the lua file. like use ground item or what the f.. ever. I hate looking for scripts you have to sift through alot of outdated scripts or a bunch of crap that dont work. i think if it hasnt been done this would be something alot of people would buy. endless possibilities. :)
