Does some one of you know how to write a complain to remove it ? I once written one by myself and it worked 3 times, now I sent it on next character and seems like they won't unban it hehe. May be some of might help me write the complain would be very nice !

Guess it'd be usefull for many members

i had the same problem recently on an account. tried writing a complaint but was denied as well =[

I wrote an email saying I've had troubles with my account lately, and that the credit card payment got blocked. I told them I had taken care of everything, and all was safe again.
They removed the block and everything has worked good ever since.

Yep I made an email to cipsoft regarding this issue..

My payments with credit card/visa was blocked and they took it away the day after I sent an email to them

My payment was blocked once, because I got an account from a friend, and it was registered in ireland

Just wrote one actually:

Hey guys this email i am sending you is in regards to the account with the character called *******, i have had a problem in the past where as my account has been blocked from using the payment method "credit card" and i can now assure you i have rectified the situation. The non use of this function has placed many problems upon me when it comes to making my account premium status so if it were possible to removed the block it would be very welcoming on my part. Furthermore i understand that these sanctions have been placed on these accounts to ensure past and future safe payments of premium status. Yet as things stand it would seem it is not in our mutual interest for this to remain as i cannot or struggle to buy premium due to the lack or i should say no resellers in my home country. I thank you for taking your time to ready this and await your response.
