The original story this guy tells is much more powerful. When its rolled up like this it loses the feeling.

Those top 2 motivational videos are nice and all, but they're not accurate.
Sure, you can work 80 hour weeks for months, even years, but in the end it's going to take you down.
I know alot of you wont believe me, but coming to an certain age and having worked long hours, weekends and overtime for the past 5 years I do understand you can't live by that motto they're trying to tell you forever - you'll get burnt out faster then a cheapass wallmart candle. And I'm not saying this because I'm exhausted, hell I'll be grinding them shifts for a few more years before I'll reconsider, but I know it wont last forever.
But yeah, overall the world has too many quitters - I agree on that.
