Warning Deletion

My friend gave me very old account, with red warning deletion (char was bannished for botting ~2 years ago). How long I have to wait till I can transfer character? I heard its 150 days per 1 colour, is this true?

hey mate , if u log into the char and look under Conduct level , youll see some day countdown , wait that days and once it goes from black to yellow youll be able to transfer , otherwise if u see nodays if the delete warning is perm then you wont be able to transfer / gl

They are categorised into five severity levels: very mild, mild, moderate, severe, and very severe(green, yellow, orange, red, black).

"Players with a conduct level of orange, red, or black, will not be able to transfer characters to another game world."
"If a player has not received a new entry in his rule violation record for 120 days, the conduct level will start to decrease slowly over time."
