where to hunt and what with? lvl 99RP

basicly as the title says? im a lvl 99 RP with skills 93/78, 95 with pally arm
at the moment im hunting with royals and a shield coz i got high shielding, but i was woundering if i am better off with an Arbalest and power bolts?
and secondly where is a good place to bot with reasonable profit and over 100k+ p/h?

I would say cemetery -1... use arbalest and power bolts/prismatic bolts or a bow and crystaline arrows
