Hey everyone, im a workout addict and im always looking for advice and tips maybe we could start this up and have some discussions on what works for you and what doesnt, etc.
I think it would help me out alot and other people too :)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I go to a military boarding school and my sport is soccer, so theres no way to go to the gym. I have been doing pushups, ab exercises, and pullups for the past 4 months in my room but i havent been getting anymore stronger than i did when i could go to the gym, do you think its impossible to accomplish anything with bodyweight exercises if not do you have any advice on a routine?
Im also wondering if a slow fast tempo is good or not? i tried going fast/fast and i think it worked better for me, is it just different for each body type?

Ever seen Rocky? Create your own gym, im sure there is something heavy you can find to lift. Also up your protein intake. To build muscle your torn muscle fibers need protein to build new muscle. I lift 5 days a week, but I'm lucky to have a gym.

like grizzly said you need to really boost your protein intake (like 70grams or more / day) then work out flip flop. this means kill your abs and cardio one day then make it so you can't even walk the next day (arms, shoulders, pecs, legs, ~) - hope i helped

you should try to walk on your hands, and make push-ups that way (no legs, just hands)
