It's basically just a time saver, a list of basic Windows software that everyone should have, and lets you install them all through the client itself rather than going to each respective website.
For example, you just check "iTunes, VLC, Adobe Flash, etc." then it will download and install them.
I had it bookmarked for so long that I just forgot the name, and then I dun did a stupid and erased the bookmark.

Well like 3 seconds after posting this, of course I find it. Finally happened upon the magic combination of google search terms I guess.

I'll leave this post up just incase anyone else would benefit from using this.
