Would it be plausible to hit up grims with a blocker at such a low lvl?

possibly, but u will always be at risk, even with manashield. I'd suggest tombs instead, you can easily hit 150 k hour with happyhour, profiting aswell depending on luck + vamp dust price on server.

With the amount of exp he would gain from doing grims i would for sure take that risk haha, i've never done it but i've seen it done many of times and sometimes there was quite a few deaths but it was always worth it :P tombs isn't a bad idea though.
