[Update] XenoBot v3.1.3 [Preview Client 9.92]

This update further ensures stability, fixes some small bugs, and improves select functionality. It also adds a new feature which should only concern advanced scripters. This update is for Aurora and Aurera client 9.91 and 9.92.

v3.1.3
Improved Map functions to be more accurate.
Modified the IP changer to disable itself when a bad login server is detected, instead of disabling the whole bot.
Fixed a very rare crash some people have been experiencing.
Fixed a bug which caused the Walker to stop working on computers with 25 days of uptime.
Fixed a bug which sometimes caused non *.lua files to show in the script list.
Fixed a bug which sometimes caused the "Looks IDs" function to append IDs to exiva messages.
Added Map.GetTopTargetObject() to the Scripter.
Notes: Similar to Map.GetTopUseItem(), but instead gets the target object for a "Use With" operation.
(In the case of ladders, splashes, and creatures, a "use" item and a target for a "use with" operation can differ)
Parameters
x, y, z: the location of the tile.
Returns: object data structure for the item or creature found.
Usage: Map.GetTopTargetObject(x, y, z)

I'm very busy at work and I have already been taking too much personal time with all of the other updates. If I would have known about this in advance, I would have woken up early enough to do it before work. It may happen earlier than previously stated, but not unless my schedule clears.

I've done the update over teamviewer at work. Once I'm home, I will do my QA testing and release it ASAP. Estimated release is 1.5 hours if nothing goes wrong.
