Problems uploading profile picture on the forum.

can anyone help me with uploading a pic on the forum its working for me i dont really know why :/

Upload the picture on a uploading site like imgland, photobucket, imgshack or w/e and post the link within img tags.
For examle INSERT YOUR LINK HERE .
