I just bought a month of xeno and i was wondering if i were to use another computer in the next 30 days would i have to buy another subscription for that computer or could i transfer it ?

You can transfer the first time instantly, second time I believe it's 1 day or 2 days wait time even. then 4, then 8 or such. Maximum however if you swap many times is 14days.

This is to prevent share xeno accs. In the user's agreements it's said that one license is for one computer. Good luck!
