Hi there, I've always wondered, how effective is a shield at blocking if you are operating ALWAYS on full attack? For my 3 moneymaker knights, would it be more beneficial to go around attacking on full attack with a more powerful 2 handed sword, or on full attack with a sword + shield? The way I operate is pretty good for me, seeing as I don't care about exp so much and more so about profit to fund my rP (I have mpa, zaoan legs and helm and boh for each of the 3 nights's, they are not prem, so use aol instead of blessings). I always hunt the same area at the same time with the party of 3 (3 seperate accounts) in a party with shared experience enabled, as I only care about looting, and this strategy effectively F**KS people off so they bot elsewhere, as there are 3 knights going around together combo'ing monsters and just taking them down like they were nothing lol. And while one refills on pots/ deposits, the other two are usually still hunting, so I always have AT LEAST two of them working together. So in my instance, would it be more profitable to use 2H or 1H?

Probably full attack with shield and sword, because if your just trying to make profit, the 2 handed wep would be for pging, cause youll take more dmg with it, yet decreasing profit since youll be using pots more

Ah I see. But if you have, say 80 shield and mastermind shield, how much would you block on full def vs. full attack?

Because if it operates in the same sense that full def yields piss all attack power, does it not make sense that a shield on full attack will only block like 1/4 - 1/2 of what it usually does?

But yes, I do know what you mean in regards to profit vs. PG'ing. Just wondering if there was THAT much difference, or if an extra few attack points offered by two handed weapons would do much more damage? Because on one hand, yes we would waste more pots with a two handed, but if I could chop down monsters FASTER and hit spawns QUICKER, perhaps the total profit per hour might be higher, you know what I mean?

1 handed is better imo, as said above you use less pots. 2-H is more for if you don't care about money and want a bit more exp per hour.

I think without a druid two handed isn't even better exp :) Since you will have to use more health pots and won't be able to use mana pots then so can't do much spells ...
I would never us a two handed weapon !
