New alarm.

I like the alarms we have but could we possibly add message alarm? Lets say I'm in the spawn and some guy comes in and msges me I want it to say message.( Not privet msg) Player detected is cool but your not always in cave alone. Ng bot use to have this option. And players casting spells could be ignored.

I searched through forums for this but I couldn't find anything about alerting player messages on screen, don't think it's possible yet
