i start there in lvl 34 and i got like 40k+/hr with bonus and like 28k/hr without bonus, about the profit i think like 3k per hour xD; about your question about the lvls, i think you can do there from 25 with good skills. but, that my humble opinion :) ..

Yalahar Heroes & Necros is better if you're aiming for loot, go drefia necros if you want to complete the task ASAP. It took me 40~ hours on my MS.

thanks !, and i do not bot 24/7, i bot the knight til 30 stamina then the paladin at 30 stamina aswell, then whatever stamina charge the knight i burn it till 20 (i never go less than 20 hrs) and the same with the paladin, rest the account for like 2 days and then do it again.
