Exura San vs Exura

I actually never thought about it; maybe exura san is more cost effective to use for paladins rather than exura?

Lets say a pala with ML 20 uses those. Exura should still be most cost effective, right?

Exura is better than Exura San if u compare hp per spent mana. But Exura San heals more hp so it's better to use if you are in a situation when you need to heal quickly.
