sometimes when i download an script and lets say it doesnt go to ALL the places and when i try adding a couple more waypoints to it, it takes a million years to get that one waypoint to the right spot.. so my idea is be able to drag waypoints instead of selecting and doing "move up" "move down"
Or maybe just add new waypoint under selected one instead of adding it at the end of the list. Anyways i agree, signed!

A tip if it won't get updated:
You can put labels for different locations in your waypoints, then if you need to add new waypoints to that location you can just add them, save, then move them where you want inside the .xbst file (where the waypoints are saved in text format). The labels would help you to find the place you want the waypoints to be, instead of looking thru 100x diff waypoints for the right one.

You can always edit xbst file using any program, wordpad or smth, but ye it would be easier to move waypoints in walker with your mouse.

Yeah that's the best way to edit em, open up notepad or Notepad++ is what I use.
