Video - Voice's?

.. I'm going to make a game video.. In some game.. and I wanna have voice's..

You know in movies you can sometimes hear a dark voice (teller) says like.. and so.. his journey begin .. or .. From a far far land

if you get what I mean.. Is it possible to .. use a program for voice's or ??

You can buy a sound board, other than that try searching google for "voice changer" or something along those lines. Another way is to find a video/sound clip with that already in it and use that sound clip for it.
