getting started

Hi! I'm getting started again after ~year break. Many things have changed and I got no idea when can I bot my fresh FACC knight. I would be really glad if some1 could tell me which city should I choose and which caves/camps are best to bot up to level 50, then i'll purchase PACC. Also if anybady knows a nice skilling place with rots, where can i gain like ~65/65, please poste it here or redirect me to correct thread. And thank you very much for all the replies:)

I trained on folda -2 for about a week. The place is usually totally empty, and if you use a knife (or whatever weapon type you use) on full def you'll get a decent training out of it. Just beware of the slimes that can be lured. I trained my f-accs to about 65/65 or so before starting to exp again.
