Anyone knows the route to this place?

i was making this, explorer's society quest a few days ago with an alt, and saw this: 7155

i was wondering if anyone here knows the route to reach this possible frost dragons respawn, cause i'd really love to level up there, since seems no one else knows
if you are interested in keeping respawn for yourselves, i only play on silvera, so if you are from other server i'd not interrupt anyone's botting

There is no way to get there.
I wish they would make a new zone there so u can just exani hur up :D
