Define coding? If you're looking to get into programming, TPForums (www.tpforums.org) is a great place to start. There is a well sized group of people there, contributing (although infrequently) some very useful content. If you'd be interested in programming for Tibia, it would be the best place for you, that's for sure. If you're just looking for Lua based references (for scripting with XB), the best resource I know of is LuaTut (http://luatut.com/)

TPForums (www.tpforums.org) would be a good choice then. Take a browse around there, see if you can find a language which you like the look of (personally I prefer C# for .NET, but some like C++, others Delphi, VB, and a few others). If you're thinking of C#, I'd advise you to get a book, it's called C# 5.0 in a nutshell. It costs about 30 euros or so, but honestly it's the most useful reference book out there for programming in C#. If you're thinking of C++ then check the good references thread over there. Sam's Teach Yourself C++ In 24 Hours is good if you just want to know the fundamentals, but it's not very good at teaching the advanced stuff, so if you just want to be able to do basic stuff it's fine, but don't expect to do anything complex after that...
