I've never used any other programs, but I would assume its just like team speak, vent, etc.

It's like teamspeak and Vent, except it's made by Dolby, and has EXQUISITE sound quality.

I have it adam, though I havent logged in it for awhile. Some people on our server also use it ;) We'll talk about it more on skype :D
