Easier picture editing program?

Hello community.

I'm sick and tired of using paint for my projects. I used to use Photoshop, but it's been awhile and I can't be arsed to pay for it.


Any suggestions on some easy picture editing programs? The biggest obstacle for me right now is having to open every picture to edit it in paint, its a laborious process.. Suggestions would be great~

but seriously, just pirate it, or if you rather not pirate, this is perfect: http://pixlr.com/editor/ unless you need something extremely complicated (in which case just fucking get photoshop)

Well if you really do not want to use photoshop Google has some thing called Picasa.
Maybe you like that.
