Running w7 on 2gb ram?
Your computer would probably run better on xp.
It's not strange your cpu usage is high if you don't even have a dualcore processor.

Did you try cleaning your PC (physically)
My laptop used to heat up too, after cleaning the problem was gone

I don't understand why they've given a 32-bit w7 when you have 2GB of RAM.
Just get a better laptop all together because your current one is bad, no offence.

I`m quite sure in the end you will end up cheaper getting a new computer, since this hardware is prolly really old.
You can upgrade it a bit but you can't put in the newest parts since your older hardware can't handle it.
And the idea about getting that laptop updated so it can run 2-3 clients + cs 1.6 and not lag much + not heat up is not possible for low cost.
conclusion just save more money for a new system.
Most Laptops cant even be upgraded that easily hardware wise. You should better invest your money into a new computer or if you really want a new laptop. A Custom build Desktop Pc would give you the best bang for your buck :)
