Level you LOL-acc to 30 and carry with ANY hero in the game, all heroes have blink(or some other crazy ability), lower skill requirements to actually be a good player.

You cant counterpick a counterpick (not including lane switching etc) making it not so balanced. Tho I belive Riot is doing a great job balancing most champs after the first week theyr released.
