Reduce CPU use.

It should be a tool to reduce the CPU use that's necessary with more than one client opened at once.
I mean, something like "Framerate".

I mean im running 6 tibias atm, and winamp + Leauge of legends and im not having the slightest lagg :) but then again i got 16gb ram and I7.

Actually I found out a solution to my problem. Just change graphic settings to DirectX5 and framerate limit to 10.
Now I can put 6~ MC with CPU usage about 05-10%.
