Leaving kazordoon

How do I get to other citys from kazordoon? im out of attunement things and theres no boat :-)) only way to run ? which way xD doesn't matter just need to get outta ther.

Go to the parcel Guy located in the depot and say: Hi --> Ticket --> Yes.
Take the cart leading to the shops then walk abit to the north east and take another cart to either north / south / west

Might not be correct havent been in kaz for à few months
