tibia fps randomly decreasing.

So i got a new pretty decent gaming laptop, the one with the most punch from MSI. I ran tibia with max fps (280-290 ish) whenever i played. And suddenly one day it dropped to 60ish, even thou i had it at max 100 fps, it stays at 60.. I tried rebooting the computer, and i would get max fps again. But now its just stuck at 60 fps no matter what i do. I havent changed anything related to tibia, not installed any software, not modified any graphics whatsoever. Any suggestions on this?
Im asking you guys, cuz i know theres alot of skilled computer guys on this forum :D

Running tibia at that FPS is pointless, why does it bother you that it's running more efficiently and not wasting power to increase the amount of frames that you can't even see?
