That being said, we here like to use cash most of us don't even have a credit card and those who go it probably overcharged it and still own the cc company, like me. We like to pay in cash, "boleto", deposit/transfer through a bank, etc. And PagSeguro is one of the biggest and most used platform for online payments in Brazil. So I think you should take a look on that, I'm sure there are some brazilians here that you can trust to guide you through the process and intercede for you.

Educate before posting, if you were to look around and read upon banking systems and modern day banks you would find that you don't need a credit card to use paypal or any other web service, you can get an debit card (You can get it at the age of 16). It is a standard "credit card" withouth ability of credit or any other benieffts of credit cards. You top it up, or put money on the bank account and just use it as any other without any problems, you only pay a fee of 0.50 EUR per month to use it. Don't say it does not exist in Brasil we have it here in Croatia which is almost a third world country for the last 4-5 years. Plus you had internet when we could not image it so don't say you can't do it. :) There you go its a perfect solution you could have got or do if you did a small research 10-15 minutes and read what bank websites say! (Plus forgot to add the way banks earn on this is by charging fund conversion form BRASILIAN currency to EUR for example and they charge those i think 0.067 EUR per 1 EURo its dependant on the currency stability and overall success and bank of course.)

Thanks for stating that, I didn't know PayPal accepted debit cards (it just accepted credit when I did it a few years ago). That's an even better solution than having a brazilian reseller.
