Which is the best software to record Tibia?

Fraps or Camtasia? Or any other software?

Tibiacast recorder. Then use either the Video Converter inside it or use something as Fraps, later edit with some Sony Vegas and some Aftereffects or shit and it'll be sweet.

I use xsplit to record tibia but that's only because I'm lazy and I already have it configured ;D

Above answers are "ways to record" but not close to being the best. Try OBS, (Open Broadcast Software) Light on the CPU and and in my experience the best looking video. It can be used both to record and stream via twitch, ustream or w.e.
