unin stalling programs

Im pretty sure I know how to un install something completely.

Im having trouble with a game and I un in stall then try to re install and when I re in stall everything is still there like I Never took the game off my computer.

Still have the problem as well. :/

When I go into the un install thing to the game doesn't even pop up in there I have to type it into the search box.

Restart your pc. go to your hard drive where the game was installed look for the folder that contained the exe and try to delete the folder manually or rename it
then try to reinstall
