I haven't played tibia for about 5 years, and now I come and I see this purse.
What is it? Heard it was for transferring premium scrolls from one world to another.
Is this true?

Just a place to store them really. It can only store premium scrolls, they aren't dropped on death, blablabla purse (http://tibia.wikia.com/wiki/Purse).

No you pay for premium in tibia.com and you can choose if u wanna transfer into game and u select a character.
