You will remain on VIP-lists, but with the different name.
Your old name will remain on the website, they can search for that, or your new name but your old name will be under your new one.

If they dont follow you, you're safe, atleast from them.

You'll normally find that changing world helps a lot, but only if you are careful. E.g if you move from one server ruled by primarily Polish players to another which is ruled by Polish players, there is a high chance they will know each other and that you will have wasted your money. Best thing to do is to find a server which is at war, and try join one of the teams, see if you can't win your way out of trouble... :)

I found a guy that changed name and he didnt have the previous name in "former names". Then the next day I looked for that new name (still in my vip) in the website and said it didnt exist... wtf
