Personally I'd go for the EXP now since you can do insane cash on higher level.

For example:

On level 30 you can max make like 5-10k/H cash.

On level 150 you can make 20-50k/h cash.

On level 250 you can make steady 50-75k/h cash.

SO: If you now had some money to spend I'd suggest you do that on EXP and farm cash whenever you need it, or get a botknight to farm it for you.
If you had a blocker go grims/worker golems. YOu will waste much but depends on how muc hcash you had to waste of course.
Manually for profit just go tarantulas or shit, but this will take some time to level you up^^
