Personally I'd use XenoMC or Sandboxie.

iv been using NeoMC (still had it on my comp) and passed first ban wave w/o a prob. I'll let ya all know how next wave goes.

XenoMC doesn't work on Windows XP SP3(as i saw few people complained about it) so i use Sandboxie,i think it's safe
