Definitely lvls..you get skills while you lvl but not vice versa

I'd rather have a lvl 300 EK with 100/100 (just an example, dunno what skills are usual at that lvl)
than a lvl 50 EK with 105/105

just get like lvl 80+ and then skill max out. I would do that and I'm a perfectionist :/
I find it so unfair to give people 85 days of this. I did not have premmy. I'm just going to be left in the dust. What's the point of playing. Anymore :(
